As soon as your account is blocked and you have exceeded the sales threshold, you need to create a new account. You can choose to create another individual account, but it will also be capped at €2000 in sales, or create a new pro account and take advantage of its benefits.
Additionally, your account may be blocked because your identity has not yet been verified. A small update of your information is necessary. To continue selling on the Seller Space, we invite you to update your ID. Once your ID is uploaded and approved, you can resume your sales directly.
