What is the payment period for a consigned product?

Once your consigned product is sold, the payment is made within 30 working days maximum. Feel free to visit the Sell on Wethenew page and contact us if you have any payment issues.

Note that once a product is sold, it is impossible for the seller to retrieve it.


When can I modify my price?

The price of each product can be modified at any time from your Seller Space.


How to retrieve my product?

You can retrieve your product at any time, for a fee.

During the first 30 days it is consigned, you need to pay €25 in fees to retrieve it. After this 30-day period, the return price drops to €10.

Note that the product will be sent back to the address from which it was shipped, it cannot be changed under any circumstances.


How to consign my product?

Simply go to the main menu of the Seller Space and access the "Consign" section. Here you will find the details of available slots for each product.

You can then choose the product, size, and quantity you wish to send us within the available slots. You can only validate your consignment if you have completed your profile, by providing your payment and shipping information.

Once your consignment is confirmed, you need to ship your products within 2 working days using the consignment label and voucher sent to you by email, which you can find in the “Stock” tab.
