What happens if I don’t follow the rules?

As a seller, you must follow our rules to provide the best customer experience.

Follow these points:

• Send or drop off products before the deadline on the sales voucher (3 working days after sale).
• Include the sales voucher in each product package (It confirms receipt and facilitates payment. Absence of a voucher may delay processing and incur a €5 fee).
• Only sell available products in verified condition (see this article).
• Do not request sale cancellations after confirmation (except quickly reported exceptions). Example: Canceling 4 working days after the sale will result in a warning.
• Respect our team during interactions.
• Demonstrate rigor and professionalism.

Failure to follow these rules may result in a warning (strike). You will be notified by email or messenger for each warning. After 3 warnings, you will be permanently banned from our seller community.
