How do I ship my product?

Once your sale has been confirmed, you'll receive an e-mail with PDF attachments that you must print out.

• Page 1: DHL packing slip, to be stuck on the shipping carton (not on the shoe box or product packaging).
• Page 2: Archive document containing the Waybill number you'll need to schedule your DHL pickup.
• Following pages: sales slip for each product sold.

To ship your product:

• Print out the sales slip and the shipping slip.
• It is imperative to slip the sales slip into the box or packaging of your product.
• Protect your product and its packaging with a shipping card and glue the packing slip to the card (see this article).
• Choose your DHL relay point or schedule a pick-up at the address of your choice.

It is imperative that you protect your product and its packaging with a special shipping carton to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to refuse your product if it is damaged (see this article).

Shipping my package from overseas territories?

Can I ship my products from overseas territories?

No, due to logistical restrictions, we cannot accept shipments from overseas territories (DOM-TOM). This measure ensures efficient service.

Where can I ship my products from?

You can ship from any European country and mainland France. These areas are currently covered by our logistics network.

Why are DOM-TOM excluded?

Higher transport costs, longer delivery times, and customs challenges prevent us from providing optimal service for shipments from DOM-TOM.
